Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy SURESH (born on 17 October 1992) is an acclaimed Indian actress. Keerthy appears in Tamil film and Telugu movies, along with a handful of Malayalam. She received the National Film Award Best Actress Award for her performance as the character Savitri. Also, she has received three SIIMA Awards as well as an Filmfare Award South. Keerthy Kumar Suresh is the actor Menaka G. Suresh's daughter. The career of Keerthy began in the 2000s when she was a child actor. She returned to film after completing her studies in the field of fashion. She starred in her debut major character on screen in Geethaanjali (2013) in a Malayalam movie. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). Keerthy started working on films that weren't Malayalam in the year 2015. The actress also signed on to star in multiple Tamil films at the same time. She released her first film, A. L. Vijay's romantic comedy Idhu Enna Maayam, in 2015, opposite Vikram Prbhu. It was not an immediate success in the box office. In order to fit in larger projects, she was forced to pull out of films she had started working on. This include Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye and as Deekay's Kavalaivendam. In a short time she collaborated alongside Sivakarthikeyan for Rajini Murugan, Remo and also played the lead in Prabhu Sool's Thodari with Dhanush. She made her Telugu debut was planned to be titled Ainaa Ishtam Nuvvu. While the date for release of Janakitho Nuvvu hasn't been announced, it is reported that it may be sometime in September of 2020. Nenu Sailaja (2016), with Ram Pothineni as the actor was the debut film of Keerthy's. Keerthy was first seen in Bairavaa with Vijay director Bharathan. Keerthy was in Tamil film Paambhu satai along with Telugu film Nenu Local both in 2017.
